Dryer conveyors are used with infrared dryers to assist curing water-based inks applied onto media.  The conveyor has three high temperature belts mounted on separate chambers.  The center belt incorporates vacuum to control media the length of the conveyor.

The system is designed without a conveyor top to limit heat build up from an infrared dryer.  In addition it can be electrically interlocked to the infrared dryer to shut down during an emergency stop condition.

The conveyor is variable speed up to 500 feet per minute.
