Endurance™ Options

 

RIGHT ANGLE TRANSFER STATION                               1500M317

 

This option is designed to accept product from a secondary source and transfer it into an EnduranceTM system at a right angle.  It is an independent conveyor with a variable speed drive and overhead control rollers.  The option also includes the mounts and support leg to integrate it to the EnduranceTM system.  Note: For proper operation the EnduranceTM System must include an alignment station.

 

 

DIVERT / REJECT STATION                                             1500M100

 

This option is designed to divert media from the production stream.  A 24 volt signal will activate the divert gate and discharge media into an overhead conveyor and bin.  The option includes the divert gate assembly, overhead conveyor, bin, and lower transfer conveyor.

This option incorporates cutouts in the transport bed for printing on the backside of media.  The cutouts are added to an 8’ vacuum transport bed.  Rollers direct the conveyor belts away from the bottom of the transport bed for greater access to the back side of media.  Two filler plates are supplied and can be bolted in place when the option is not required.  Consult the factory for print head mounting options.

 

INLINE SCORING STATION                                              1882M100

 

Score inline with other finishing applications.  The scoring station integrates into Endurance Vacuum Transports with Alignment Stations.  Scoring stations and its options are media dependent.  Contact the factory for available options, system specifications, and pricing.

 

INLINE FOLDING STATION                                              1500M309

 

The inline folding station can be mounted over vacuum transports for folding pre scored media.  The option includes one universal knife assembly, one hold down roller assembly, one right hand plow, one left hand plow, and mounting brackets.
